The service

Novbay provides ProcEx, a SaaS procedure tool for authoring, running, and keeping as-run records of assembly and ops procedures for your team.

Accounts

You need an account to use a shared team workspace. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite.

Acceptable use

Use ProcEx for lawful work. Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other customers, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own your procedures, as-runs, photos, and team data. You grant Novbay permission to host and process that content only as needed to run the service.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plans have procedure, seat, and storage limits. Paid plans and storage packs are billed through Stripe. Upgrades and cancellations are managed from Settings → Billing.

Disclaimers

ProcEx is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that it will meet every mission-critical need without your own review. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Novbay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
