What we collect

Account email and profile name; team membership and invites; procedures, as-runs, photos, and related workspace data you create; and billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

How we use it

We use this data to run ProcEx: authenticate you, sync team workspaces, enforce plan limits, send login and invite emails, and process subscriptions.

Hosting

Application data is hosted with Supabase. Payments are handled by Stripe. Marketing pages may run on our web host (e.g. Vercel).

Cookies and session

We use cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions and app preferences so you stay signed in and your workspace loads correctly.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service (for example Supabase and Stripe), or when required by law.
